Long wait due to poor teamwork
Friendly's, Auburn MA Consumer Complaint
At about 9pm on 6/25/14, after waiting approximately 10 minutes to order (which was acceptable; the icecream line was busy), an employee named Diane came to take my order after a polite request from one of her coworkers, all of whom were bogged down with the rest of the icecream line. Diane's body language conveyed extreme rudeness to her coworkers to the point that I wanted to walk away right there. Her attitude towards me wasn't much better, perhaps I can be charitable and call it 'aloof professionalism'. So much for 'Friendly'. I would not have been... More...
